Hours, Rates & Policies

All sessions are by appointment only and will run approximately 50 – 60 minutes long.

Private Session: $100.00

10 Session Package: $900.00
          * Prices do not include the 6% CT personal services tax

Payments can be made by Cash and Personal Checks. Gift Certificates are available!

What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.  Cotton and Lycra work well.  Please insure that you have full coverage, no high cut running shorts.  Socks are required.

Cancellations:
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all scheduled appointments. If you fail to give notice before this time period you will be charged for the full session.

Package Expiration:
All 10 session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
Scheduled classes are non-transferable.
